Behind L&R Technics stands Tobias Keller, founder and managing director, with over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, network technology, lighting technology, systems integration and technical sales. His career began in electrical installation and progressed through roles in network technology, inside sales, key account management and project management, building deep expertise across every level of project delivery. He has built sales structures, led teams, managed international key accounts with substantial annual turnover, and successfully delivered complex projects in demanding environments. Over several years, he held responsibility as project manager and later as team leader for projects and sales, overseeing the entire project cycle - from acquisition through planning to commissioning. This background is complemented by further qualifications in technical business administration, management, project leadership and network technology. Along the way, he built an extensive professional network spanning many years - across industry, integrators and procurement. This head start in trust is a significant competitive advantage that L&R Technics actively leverages from day one.
